Visual designer and illustrator, marketing researcher and user researcher
For a marketing purpose, I designed visually the user experience scenario of Fydico's customers and compared with non customers regarding a fraud situation.
STORYBOARD
Working together with the marketing team to share the value of the product and bring awareness to Fydico potential customers, I designed a storyboard with the user experience of a Fydico's customer and non customer. We used fear to bring awareness to potential customers has a marketing strategy.










MARKETING/USER RESEARCH
IS MOTOR BOAT SECURITY A PROBLEM?
Fydico was questioning what do we know about motor boats that were stolen and how media shares the information. Regarding this concern I went to the nearest marina and questioned boat owners.
They seemed to be concerned if they hear something from a close person or if they experienced a situation.
I could not have an accurate number of stolen motors in Denmark but Sweden and Germany have great potential customers. An observation from a stakeholder made me questioning:
WHY STAKEHOLDERS AREN'T POTENTIAL SELLERS?
The insights gathered from research made the company to explore new possibilities of sales and research.
