MY ROLE

Engineer Marketing Researcher and Web Designer.

My tasks included:

Research and analyse possible stakeholders in Portugal and Brasil. Create a report to the marketing and sales team.

I was the first employee to suggest website interface improvement in a more user friendly design based in the customer's feedback.

I developed a user journey from the current status based in the sales, mechanic design and marketing team to understand the problem and focus in those steps.

USER JOURNEY

Which steps does the customer until it reaches to its goal?

The proposal was made for the home page and products page for a better understanding of the products and solutions to what the customer wants.

HOME PAGE PROTOTYPE

What is the customer searching? A part for their machine?

Simplify the customer's search by giving them the answers to their questions and help them to guide through the website.

Placing all boosters meant the customer needed to know which one he needs which reveals to be a problem.

I made illustrative categories of the possible customer's machines, make them identify with what they want and need.

Illustrations and iconography for a better experience.

Example of where and which boosters can be applied in a dumpster machine.

Know which page and where the user is on the website.

RESULTS

The project was well received in the company, made my colleagues to think differently. Not to show what they can offer but to help the customer to know what he wants and needs from MiniBooster products. Identify their doubts and give them the answers they need making a good user experience and user friendly website.
